Congestion of pelvis causing dusky/ purplish hue of anterior vaginal wall & vestibule: Chadwick sign/ Jacquemier’s sign; 8 week

Cyanosis & softening of cervix because of increased vascularity: Goodell’s sign; 6 weeks
